Comment 'This one hit home. L...' to 'When a member says you're wrong in public'

This one hit home. Last month a member told me in the Music Lovers open mic thread that our sign-up rules were unfair to people who work late, and honestly they had a point. Say they're right but you've already announced the rules, what would you say? Change them on the spot, or own it and fix it for next month?
