Something every health community eventually faces and few of us plan for: a member dies. Do you leave their posts up, add a short memorial note, hand the account to family? We had our first one in December and simply asked the family what they wanted. They asked us to leave everything exactly as it was. I'd like a written policy before the next time. If your space has one, I'd be grateful to read it.
