Bedtime story commission from the kids last night: a village where every door is painted blue, a girl named Mira, and a tiny golden key buried under an old oak tree.
The key fit no lock in the village until moonlight showed a little door hidden in the trunk. We got as far as Mira turning the key before someone fell asleep.
I've been told the ending is due tonight. Suggestions welcome.
